Traineeship and Apprenticeship
Traineeships and Apprenticeships provide an invaluable opportunity to gain experience at Australia's premier Lexus dealership. Undertaking your apprenticeship with Sydney City Lexus leads to a recognised trade qualification within a state of the art workshop, using high-tech facilities on prestigious vehicles. Undertaking an Apprenticeship or Traineeship you are mentored by highly qualified technicians so you learn from the best in the industry.

What is an Apprenticeship?
An apprentice is an employee who has entered into an indenture of apprenticeship (training agreement) with Sydney City Lexus, which leads to a recognised trade qualification. Apprenticeships offered with Sydney City Lexus are generally for a four year tenure. During this time an apprentice is contracted with Sydney City Lexus to learn about the trade.
What is a Traineeship?
If you are looking to build a career as an Automotive Technician, yet you would like to complete Year 12 Sydney City Lexus offers a program called T3. T3 is an acronym for Automotive Technology and Training for Tomorrow. The T3 program allows trainees to learn about the mechanics of cars and how to service the cars whilst getting paid at the same time. A typical week for students involved in T3 program involves spending three-and-a-half days at school, one day at Sydney City Lexus as a paid employee in training and half a day at TAFE, studying. The T3 program also counts towards your Higher School Certificate (HSC) and at the end of the program you gain a Certificate II in Automotive Light Vehicle (Servicing).
