Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.

Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia. The Promoter and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.

Eligible participants will be required to purchase a New Vehicle at Sydney City Lexus during the promotional period. Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the draw at Sydney City Lexus during the promotional period.

The competition commences on 01 March 2010 at 7.30am (AEST) and concludes on 31st March 2010 at 6.00pm (AEST).

One winner will be drawn at 12pm on 1st April 2009 at Sydney City Lexus, 824 Bourke Street, Waterloo NSW 2017. The winner will be notified by phone on the 1st April 2010 and will be published in 'The Australian' on 25th June 2010.

The first valid entry drawn will win a SONY XEL-1 OLED Television valued at $6999. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the printing of these conditions and the date of the prize being claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize will be available for pick-up at Sydney City Lexus upon customer taking delivery of their new Lexus.

The total prize pool is valued at $6999.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, must be taken as offered and cannot be redeemed for cash.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by The Promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

If the prize is not claimed by 30th June 2010, the Promoter shall conduct such further draws as may be deemed necessary at the same place as the original draw, on 1st July 2010 to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. Any winners will be notified by mail and published in 'The Australian' 9th July 2010.

All entries become the property of The Promoter, and will be entered into a database. The Promoter may use the names, addresses and telephone numbers of entrants for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. Any request to access or update the information that The Promoter holds on you should be made to The Promoter's Privacy Officer at the address set out below.
