2015 SYDNEY CITY LEXUS POINTS REWARD PROGRAM
1.0 General Terms and Conditions
1) Offer applicable to Private and ABN buyers who are current members of Australian Medical Association of New South Wales (AMA NSW) on all new vehicles purchased between 10 August 2015 and 30 June 2016.
2) Excludes demonstrator and pre-owned vehicles.
3) You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points.
4) Complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership will be offered to customers who are not already members who have made an eligible purchase from Sydney City Lexus. Please refer to section 2.0 Complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer Program for relevant terms and conditions.
5) Membership and Qantas points are subject to the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program available at Qantas.com/terms.
6) To earn points Qantas Frequent Flyers must provide their membership number.
7) Please allow six weeks from time of delivery for the points to be credited to your account.
8) Points can only be awarded on the purchase of an eligible new vehicle between 10 August 2015 and 30 June 2016.
9) Points paid on total net contract price of vehicle after discount but before trade-in.

This offer of complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership is being made to you on the following basis:
- You are a current member of Australian Medical Association of New South Wales (AMA NSW)
- You made an eligible purchase from Sydney City Lexus between 10 August 2015 and 30 June 2016
- You are an Australian Resident and 18 years or older
- You are not an existing Qantas Frequent Flyer member
- You accept the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyers program
Complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership (that is Membership without having to pay the joining fee) and points are different by Smart Trade Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 145 369 035) and Sydney City Lexus (ABN67 603 805 278). This complimentary membership offer may be withdrawn at any time.
